The Outings Co-ordinators sre
Ashley Bamforth, Bill Carter, Elaine Francis
There are generally trips each month apart from January and August. Two of these are normally short breaks of 3-5 days, usually in April and September.
The Registration and Payment forms for outings can be downloaded from the link on this page.
The Registration form should be completed by any member applying for a U3A outing who has not previously registered with U3A outings.
Once registered it is not necessary to submit another form unless personal details have changed.
All payments for U3A outings are to be paid by cheque only, payable to 'Ely U3A Social Fund' together with an Outings Payment form. When applying for more than one outing both a separate cheque and Payment form are required for each outing.
Unless otherwise specified, deposits of £10 per person for day trips or £50 per person for holidays are required in advance.
The full cost of outings includes meals and accommodation as advertised and most entry charges and driver gratuities.
Any queries can be forwarded to the Co-ordinators via the Message link on this page.
