From time to time, on request by members, we will publish obituaries for long term members written by other members. Requests should be made to the Chair.
DILYS KELLY
It is with heavy hearts that we said goodbye to Dilys in early November, she died after a very short illness.
Dilys had been a U3A member in our needlecraft group for the past 18 years. She had an artistic flair and made many beautiful objects in all subjects including knitting, embroidery and tapestry. She could turn her hand to almost anything. She was a great help to us all in our group.
Our condolences go to Dilys's daughters, grandsons, granddaughters, and great granddaughters. She will be sorely missed by us all.
