The National Botanic Gardens of Wales

Opened in May 2000 and since voted "No 1 Garden to Visit in Wales" by BBC Gardeners' World, this promises to be a full and interesting day out.

This year's Ebbw Vale U3A summer outing is a day out to Weston Super Mare on Friday 5th July 2019.

Hopefully the weather will be kind to us so everyone can relax and enjoy this popular seaside resort.

There are two seats still available so if any of our Members are interested please let us know in our Monthly Meeting on the 7th June 2019. Alternatively contact us on 01495 616164

Since the first talk on 2nd June 2017 the development of road widening scheme has made enormous progress. I don't think any of us could have envisaged the enormity of this engineering assignment. It will be fascinating to hear from the Company the highs and lows of this phenomenal engineering feat.
