Chair’s message

Positivity is all around us!

We are now able to meet in increasing numbers outdoors, go to restaurants, museums and the cinema! More and more groups are able to open and we have three new groups for summer (Garden parties, Sailing and 'Born again Bikers in the Park).

We hope our Open meetings are starting again in the Fair Oak village hall in August and we look forward to seeing you all then. It’s a drop in session so come along anytime from1.30 to 3.30pm for some refreshments and meet up with u3a friends, it will be good to see as many of you as possible on the day.

In the meantime, we will continue to hold regular monthly talks on Zoom. We really hope that many of our outdoor activities will be able to resume by the summer, with indoor ones following as soon as Government directives permit.
We are also planning trips to Salisbury and RHS Wisley. Holidays are also back, starting with a trip to Sidmouth in November.

If anyone would like to join our Social events team please contact Pam Gadson, we would love to hear from you.
If you are new to Eastleigh District u3a a big WELCOME!! There’s much to do and people to meet...I hope you enjoy your membership with us.

Have a look for lots of activities on the National website too at
