Speaker Policy
The programme of speakers is arranged to cover a wide range of topics which will be of interest to most, if not all, of the membership.
There can be topics or speakers which are controversial but members should note that although East Medway U3A arranges the programme it does not necessarily endorse the views expressed. Members should use their own judgement when listening.
In the event of an advertised speaker not being able to attend East Medway committee will do its best to find a suitable replacement if given sufficient notice. For a study day speaker no refunds can be made if the speaker cancels without sufficient notice (at least 2 weeks)as costs will have been incurred eg catering & hire of hall.
