Cancellation Policy
In case we need to cancel the East Medway U3A monthly meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, including bad weather i.e. snow, ice, etc. the following action will be taken.
1. An e-mail will be circulated cancelling the meeting. If members have email please check on the morning of the proposed meeting.
2. Listen to Radio Kent – the Committee will endeavour to put
out a meeting cancellation via this method.
3. If the above methods do not work, then please phone a member of the Committee telephone numbers 0789 589 0635.
If members know of other members who are not on e-mail then please could you pass on the meeting cancellation by telephone
