Equipment to loan
If you need to use audio visual and/or computer equipment we may well be able to help out. The committee can provide you with a laptop (Windows 10 and Microsoft Office on board), a portable projector, a sound system for the laptop, a portable PA system, a projector stand and a choice of projector screens
Audio Visual equipment
East Grinstead U3A has a Windows 10 laptop computer equipped with MS Office 2016 software; an audio amplifier; a digital projector and two portable screens. Groups needing to borrow the equipment or make an advance booking should contact John Wells as above.
Portable Public Address system
We have two public address systems and some additional pieces of kit:
An Adastra EZPA wireless portable PA which can be used to provide speech reinforcement for audiences. In addition it has the capability to record speakers to an MP3 file. So we can make provision for those who have missed an interesting talk to listen to a recording.
A Europort (much more powerful) stand mounted transportable PA system. The Europort system comes with one wired microphone and two separate handheld wireless microphones
A "Universal" Wireless microphone which can be used either with the EZPA or Europort systems.
