The famous Bluebell Railway
The Bluebell Railway is one of the best preserved and probably the most well known steam railway in the south of the UK. The track runs through the delightful Sussex countryside. The line starts immediately adjacent to the main line rail station at East Grinstead and we are justly proud of our connection. Travel from London Victoria through Surrey into leafy Sussex and alight at East Grinstead. Within less than two hundred yards you enter the new terminus for the Bluebell Line and soon find yourself magically transported to a much-loved piece of history frozen in time. The Bluebell line runs from East Grinstead to Sheffield park via Kingscote and Horsted keynes. It is even possible to travel directly from Horsted Keynes to Victoria, as the steam railway is actually connected to the electrified Southern railway.
