Exercise

Sessions are every Monday, commencing at 9.30am at St Mary's Church Hall, Acton W3 9NW, (next to Morrisons - bus stop immediately outside) - a good way to start the week!

The cost per class is now £5 per week if you pay as you go. It is also possible to pay for five classes in advance when the cost is £20 (£4 per week). This includes a card that you can use for other Stay Active classes if you need to miss a Monday session.

This group started as a Stay Active Group and later expanded into the Exercise Group. The main aim of the class is to improve strength and balance and to avoid falls. It also helps enormously with general fitness and caters for many levels of ability. The one thing we never do is get down on the floor as there is always the worry we might not get up again! Aran Summers is a qualified instructor and will make sure that any health problems are taken into account with the exercise you do.

Since the move to a larger venue space is no longer limited so new members are welcome.
