Exercise

**Whilst John Deighton is incapacitated, Rosemary Hart has taken over organising this group - she can be contacted by email through the blue bird, right**

New Time ! - Kindly note sessions will now commence at 9.30am every Monday at St Mary's Church Hall, Acton W3 9NW, (next to Morrisons - bus stop immediately outside) - a good way to start the week!

The cost is £4 per person per week to cover building hire and to pay the instructor. At present this is on a 'pay as you go' basis, ie you only pay if you turn up.

This group started as a Stay Active Group and later expanded into the Exercise Group. The main aim of the class is to improve strength and balance and to avoid falls. It also helps enormously with general fitness and caters for many levels of ability. The one thing we never do is get down on the floor as there is always the worry we might not get up again! Aran Summers is a qualified instructor and will make sure that any health problems are taken into account with the exercise you do.

Since the move to a larger venue space is no longer limited so new members are welcome.

Current Organiser: Rosemary Hart, tel - 07919 080035, or email through the blue bird, above right
