The group is now holding meetings via a Zoom video conference, which is working well. We intend to continue having meetings this way, until we are able to meet again face-to-face.
The next meeting will be on Friday 16th April, starting at 2:00pm.
The aim is to explore psychology in an informal interactive discussion group. No prior knowledge is required but members are encouraged to research and make contributions to the chosen topics. Anything relevant to psychology can be covered: so far we have examined memory, cognitive biases and the mind and body interaction and other topics could include happiness, intelligence, personality, social influences, gender, the brain, criminal behaviour, mental illnesses and more.
Meetings are held at the convener’s house (2-4pm) which is near to Boston Manor station. Please be aware that parking is restricted between 2-3pm, so public transport is recommended. We meet every second Tuesday of the month.
Currently there is a waiting list but if you wish to be put on it, please contact the convener.
Convener: Georgine Carter, tel - 020 8579 3729 or email through the blue bird above.
