Mindfulness & Meditation
Time: Weekly on Tuesdays 10.30am - 12.00 noon
Venue: Rosebery Lodge, Dulwich Park
Mindfulness is a natural aware state of mind that makes it easier to relax but is much more than that. In this group a professional teaches simple practical techniques that you can do at home. It is particularly useful to help adjust to and optimise living with the natural changes associated with older age. Any member is welcome to come and see what we do. No lotus position required!
