The course will introduce a range of mindfulness practices.
The aim will be to provide a supportive environment for students to learn what the practice is about, build a practice themselves and understand how to integrate it into daily life. The focus will be on learning how to gently ground yourself in the present moment, how to deal with thoughts and emotions, how to deal with the inner critic, and how to resource ourselves with kindness.
Students who have attended and done the practice in between the sessions should feel well established in a Mindfulness practice of their own.
Please note it is not a drop in course.
Each week will build on the practice from the last so after the first 2 weeks it will not be possible for anyone to join the group
