Climate Change & Sustainable Food

Time: Fortnightly on Friday (from 23rd April) 10.30 am – 12 noon
This group will together research and discuss topics relating to climate change, with food being our most important focus. The aim is to change our consumer habits and lives generally so that we become part of the solution rather than further contributing to the problem. We also wish to raise general awareness of these important issues wherever possible.
In one of our sessions we had a very interesting and inspiring guest speaker, Guy Watson from Riverford. He was talking about his 35 years of experience as an organic farmer and also his thoughts about the future.
