HOW TO JOIN USING A PRINTED FORM AND PAY BY CHEQUE
Our new membership year starts on 1st April. Application forms may be submitted in March but they will not be processed until April. Until then, potential members are invited to attend up to 3 meetings as guests.
- Download, print and complete a new member's Information Sheet and Application Form. Paper copies of the form are available from the Membership Desk at a monthly meeting or by contacting the Membership Secretary - see the details below.
- For joint memberships, details of both members must be provided but only one signature is needed.
- If you are a UK taxpayer and would like the u3a to claim Gift Aid on your subscription please also complete the Gift Aid Declaration included in the Information Sheet and Application Form.
- Cheques should be payable to Dronfield and District U3A. If you wish to pay by cash, please ensure you have the correct amount.
- Bring your completed application form and payment to one of the u3a's monthly meetings. See the Members page for the dates and venues of these meetings. Or send it to the Membership Secretary, Dronfield and District U3A, c/o The Peel Centre, High Street, Dronfield, S18 1PX. Do do send cash in the post.
