This new group, that meets at a member’s home on Wednesday mornings, is proving very popular with beginner and experienced meditators equally.
Members of the group are encouraged to contribute to a shared meditative session, with breathing and relaxation exercises, guided meditations, poems and music and suchlike.
A group leader is yet to be identified.
