Indoor Games

Indoor Games Group
Formed in May 2015, the group has grown to around 18 members with an average of 12 per meeting. We play a variety of games from the conventional – chess, scrabble, to the more exotic – Alhambra and Thurn & Taxi. Uno has also featured and Fluxx, a fast moving card game where the rules and winning conditions continually change. We have grown, harvested and traded beans- Bohnanza. We have travelled by rail from Madrid to Moscow passing through tunnels and crossing the water on ferries in the game of Ticket to Ride, and built villages, in forests and deserts, to claim Victory in Kingdom Builder. To keep our grey matter going we have played Rummikub & Triominoes , both of which need an agile mind. The competition is very friendly and the laughter gets quite loud at times, so we must be enjoying ourselves!

Boz Boz
In the coming months we have still more new games to play. Instructions are available for the new games that we play, even if I have to keep referring to the rules!

We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 2pm to 4pm.

We welcome new members, for anyone interested please contact Tim Stamp using the "Click to send a message!" on the right.
