Living History

Group Leader: Diane Woolven

Venue: Prego Café, 35 Hallgate, Doncaster DN1 3NL

Day & Time: 10.30 a.m.

Frequency: Monthly: 1st Wednesday of the month

Description:
If you want to place your life in its historical or social history context come along to the Living History group. Each month we have an informal chat about a particular aspect of life that we experienced from our past. Although your memories are in your head you may need a bit of help to get them moving. This is where the other members of the group will help by sharing their thoughts and so jog your memory.

Some members write an account to pass on to younger members of their family.

Over the last few months topics have included Grandma’s kitchen, Going to the Cinema and Street Games.

To view some of the group's past activities click on the link on the right: Living History Group Activities.
