French Conversation

Contact Archie Carmichael

This group meets in Dingwall Library at 2:00 to approx. 3:30 on Tuesdays

The focus of the group is to improve our composition and oral French language from whatever stage we are at as individuals. Presently this means each week writing a short piece in French on any subject that we as individuals think might be interesting. The individual pieces are distributed before the meeting and after they are read out at the meeting, they form the basis for discussion. In this way we hope to expand our individual proficiency in both the written and oral language.

In addition, we often discuss local newsworthy stories and what we have been doing over the week.

We welcome new members. If you would like to improve your French (or learn some French), please make contact (click on The Blue Bird).
