If you are interested in the past you are welcome to join us .
We meet monthly usually on second Thursday of the month at 2pm.
We discuss local and national historical events as well as world history .
Currently we are meeting in members houses.
Meetings can be OPEN FORUM when people bring along something of interest that they have looked at, heard or read .
This could include THIS DAY IN HISTORY which is a an opportunity to explore events throughout a year.
Some meetings are TOPIC meetings when we are given a presentation on a specific topic, followed by a discussion.
Our last meeting was on 13th July when we discussed the clan sysytem, the clearaances and our future plans
Our next meeting will be on Thursday 1oth August when we will consider Queen Vistoria and her relationship to Scotland.. If you would like more information please contact Kim.
