French Conversation (Intermediate)

We will be returning to face-to-face meetings in September 2021 - use the link on the right to contact the group organizer.

The sessions are topic based and we aim to speak in French for the whole session. Group members are encouraged to prepare in advance and contribute to short talks and discussions. We have a lot of fun and have visited the Nutbrook Petanque Club and we enjoy celebrating Christmas and Easter with French food and drink of course!

This is an outline to the format of the session:
12.30 - 1.00pm Arrival Register, collect money, drink and catch-up
1.00 - 1.30pm French news items and news from group members
1.30 - 2.00pm Small group session (Topics are agreed in advance of the sessions)
2.00 - 2.30pm Feedback, Planning for next session, Au Revoir!

Below are photos of some members of the group retelling the traditional story of Jacques et Le Haricot Magique (Jack and the Beanstalk). If you would like a copy of the script please contact me.
