  • Each U3A is unique because it draws on the varied skills and expertise of its members. Ours is a lively membership of people meeting informally to enjoy social learning and is run by its Committee of up to 10 members, with assistance from the many Group Leaders. Most groups are led from within the membership by people who are happy to share their particular enthusiasm and expertise with others, on occasions professionals are called upon by special arrangement. We have many and varied groups including arts and crafts, music, gardening, activity groups, history, and language groups but for a full list and greater details on any particular activity see the Groups page.
