The gym offers the very latest in fitness equipment, staffed by our qualified gym instructors. The group exercise programme offers something for every ability and includes the very latest group exercise classes. The six court sports hall is home to a range of sports and activities including gymnastics, trampolining, five-a-side football, basketball and badminton. |
