| 5. | Potential New Group called MOTO (Members on their own) |
| Victoria Laing to organise the first meeting. The Members On Their Own group is getting off the ground this Friday 19th April, 3pm at the Dolphin Centre Bistro. | Sue Merton proposed Summer Picnic to be held in July pre-school holiday. Details to be confirmed. | |
| 7. | Change of Monthly Meeting Location |
| Friday, 3rd May in The Studio, Dolphin Center as usual | |
| Friday, 7th June in Central Hall, Dolphin Center ( enter by the side door on Bull Wynd or front door as usual, past the Bistro, then lift or stairs to the top floor) | |
| 8. | Darlington U3A Website Migration |
| Two web admin confirmed and have attended the initial online training in April. Work on migrating to a new website platform shall commence soon. A firm date for completion to be determined. | |
| Two new website reviewers confirmed. They will review the new website post-migration completion. Main purposes is to ensure relevant information has been transferred correctly and to highlight any inconsistencies. | |
