Friday Walks

Since March 2020 the group has suspended its activities; but now, assuming Boris
keeps to the roadmap and removes all restrictions on June 21st, we should be able to
resume our walks as before.
We go out on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month (and the 5th if there is one), meeting
at the start point at 10:30am. Some walks are in the countryside south of Croydon,
others have been in the London area, so we use cars or public transport as appropriate
– car sharing can be arranged if we can comply with any Government guidelines at the
time.
Our walks in previous times ranged from 5/6 miles to 11/12 miles but will most likely be
restricted to 5 or 6 miles (until members get back up to speed).
The first walk of the new season will be on July 2nd. If you are interested in joining the
group or would like more information, contact Bob Ferguson (bob@bobferg.uk /
02081275110).
