Application for Membership

The membership year normally runs from 1 November to 31 October.

To apply by post a Membership Application Form for New members can be downloaded via the link. It contains a Gift Aid Declaration, which will enable us to reclaim tax on your subscription at no extra expense to yourself.

Existing members will be sent a renewal form containing their details, as entered in the previous years form. Please check for any corrections before returning the form. Members who have mislaid this form can download a replacement Existing member renewal form via the link.

Please note that the committee have requested that both '.pdf' and '.docx' format of the forms are available. The '.pdf' format is a universal standard, but the '.docx' format applies to current versions of Microsoft word only.

Booking general trips or outings

Members wishing to attend outings or trips can download this Trip Booking Form, fill in the trip details and send it with the fee to the trip organiser. A £20 non-returnable booking deposit is required for all trips. Cheques to be made payable to 'Crowborough U3A/Outings' with the trip name on the reverse. See also the Trip Booking Terms document.

Outings organised for, and by specific groups should by booked with the respective group organiser.
