Tai Chi

This is a slow and gentle exercise of Chinese origin designed to promote and maintain good health. It is a self-healing art and offers a way to find tranquillity through movement. An excellent antidote to stress, the movements blend into a continuous flow which encourages vitality through relaxation.

Tai Chi sessions will start again on Wednesday 26th September at Shobrooke Village Hall, 10 to 11 am, meeting on a weekly basis. These sessions are designed for people who took part last year, learning Yang Style T’ai Chi (Long Form), and so not suitable for complete beginners.

The group is led by Frédérique Cooke - do contact her if you would like more information - you can click the "carrier pigeon" to send an email or phone.
