Family history
We are now meeting on the second Thursday of every month in members' houses. Meetings start between 1pm and 1.30pm. We have a very jolly time discussing our researches and lots of time is given to helping each other. Access to a computer is fairly essential these days for research. Some of our members are very experienced, some less so, but help is at hand.
Family history is a slow business - by allowing a good gap between meetings, members have more to contribute. I am also available to help members on a one-to-one basis to get them started, if they don’t have computer access at home, at the Crediton Museum research centre.
New members, either beginners or old hands, are very welcome.
