Crawley Wellbeing offer a varied programme of exercise and advice to suit all ages, as well as diet and lifestyle information, including alcohol advice, See Alcohol Aware Leaflet. They offer free wellbeing checks for Crawley residents. Go to Get Healthy for more details.
There is a wide selection of weekly health walks, details of which may be found in the Walks Programme. The pace of these walks is matched the walkers’ capabilities. There is no need to book. Just turn up and enjoy!
The Crawley Wellbeing Over 50s programme offers a number of different activity classes including:
- Beginners ballet
- Tai Chi (Led by the Taoist Tai Chi Society)
- Swoove Groove (A Swoove Dance fitness class)
- Wellbalanced (Falls Prevention class)
- Wellbeing in the Park (Go to Worth Park)
