Message from the Chair.

Over the past few weeks, members of the Committee have visited many of our groups, and it has been lovely to meet so many members and to put faces to names! It is really helpful to get your feedback and I am pleased to say, almost everyone seems to be happy with their venue, their group and the activities. Cranleigh really does have an excellent u3a!!

Happily, we can have our Open Day this year, sadly lacking for the past two years. It will take place on Thursday, 18 August at Cranleigh Village Sports and Social Club from 2pm-4pm.

In addition, we will be taking a stall at various events in the village over the next few months and will give you more information on these shortly.

If I haven’t yet met you on my trips around the groups, I hope to do so very soon. In the meantime, have a great summer.

Best Wishes,

Veronica Barnyard
