We hold monthly meetings on the third Thursday of the month at 2:15 at St Barbara's Church Hall in Earlsdon Post Code CV5 6AG There is a small car park adjacent to the hall

During the year we provide at least three outings as a general group, usually by coach, normally during the summer months.

There is usually an annual holiday, open to all,

The various groups often arrange their own, subject specific, outings or holidays.

Thu Sep 19th This year our Open Day will be held as our September general meeting in St Barbara’s
Church Hall, on September 19th from 2:00 pm. It is open to all current and prospective
members and will give you a chance to meet and speak to group leaders and sign up to new groups. This is also an opportunity to see some of the work produced by the art and craft groups.
Outings
Wed Jul 24th Wednesday 24th July - Trip to Kensington Palace to see the Queen Victoria exhibition, this year being the 200th anniversary of her birth at the Palace.
The coach cost is £15 and the entry cost is £14.50.
For refreshments you can use the Palace Café which is inside the Palace, or you can take a picnic. Apparently the prices in cafe at the Palace are reasonable.

The coach will leave Fairfax Street at 8:45 am, and the Memorial Park at 9:00am.
We will leave Kensington at around 4:.00 pm.
The journey should take around two and a half hours, depending on traffic.
Wed Sep 25th Wednesday 25th September- Trip to the Workhouse at Southwell, Nottinghamshire.
If you are a member of the National Trust, the cost will be £11 for the coach fare. If you are not a member of the National Trust, the extra cost will be £9.60 which will be collected on the coach on the day.
Please let Rene know if you want to go on the list. Please note that no food is included in the cost, but there is a cafe.
Coach leaves Fairfax Street at 9.15 a.m., and the Memorial Park at 9.30 a.m.
We will leave The Workhouse at around 4.30 p.m.
