u3a day 2021
The 2nd June 2021 was the first national u3a day and in recognition of the day we featured the u3a in a series of posters which we displayed in Caludon Castle Park to raise awareness of our organisation and attract new recruits. The event was by necessity a low key affair due to the constraints of the pandemic, but nevertheless it was still a succesful event and interest was generated amongst park users and membership enquires were received.
Thank you to all members who volunteered and particularly to the working party who planned and co-ordinated everything.
