Art Appreciation
Group Coordinators: Ros & Geoff Hoskin
The aim of the Group is to enjoy art in all its forms. To this end members volunteer to give presentations of their choice from all genres of visual art. We hope to have the occasional guest speaker and arrange visits to galleries and museums.
We are indebted to Anne and Ian Webb who founded the group and for 10 years hosted it at their home. Following the Covid pandemic the group reformed and relocated to the Jubilee Institute.
If you would like to join the Art Appreciation Group click send a message in right column. You will be welcome to attend as a guest for 1 meeting as a taster. All members of the group are required to be members of Coquetdale u3a.
We meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at 2pm in the Cheviot Room, Jubilee Institute, Bridge Street, Rothbury NE65 7SD. Members pay £2 per session towards the room hire charge and refreshments
