Initially this group is looking at using SLR cameras more effectively through discussion and field trips including visits to exhibitions.They will build on their skills by photographing other groups' activities, for example: the Walking Groups' adventures outdoors or the Birdwatchers.. They plan visits to interesting places such as the Yorkshire Sculpture park, whilst those with wildlife interests are catered for in visits to areas like Belton House nearby.
They also hope to offer some Portrait Photography workshops using members and their families as models.
