Wed Oct 20th “50 years in Rock 'n Roll” – Alan Goldsmith
Tales of promoting well known American and UK entertainers.

Alan is a producer and promoter with years of experience of Rock Shows, Theatre Shows and Exhibitions. The owner of Mountfitchet Castle and of the Norman Village of 1066, a major tourist attraction, he also owns the largest toy museum in the world and is a founder member of the National Outdoor Events Association.

This meeting will take place in the Community Centre at Highwoods starting at 2.15pm. Please contact the Membership Secretary, Sylvia Webb, if you wish to attend.
Wed Nov 17th “The Work and History of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission” – Peter Rowbottom and Barrie Sears

The CWGC was formed over 100 years ago to commemorate the men and women of the Commonwealth who gave their lives and to ensure that their sacrifice is not forgotten.
