Knitting & Crochet Social Group

A social group for knitting and crochet, perhaps for charity knits/crochet projects if desired. Wool donations appreciated and patterns can be provided.
We have various charities that welcome our knitted and crochet items, please ask about out latest projects.
We are currently very low on good quality knitting wool. We are in need of double knit in dark colours for homeless blankets or pastel shades for baby items. Any donations would be very welcome (please bring to the Groups table at one of the monthly meetings).
You do not have to work on charity projects to enjoy our knitting and crochet group, you are most welcome to bring along your own projects and work on them.
Everyone warmly welcome.
Every 1st Wednesday of the month, if you would like to have lunch together prior to the group meeting, we will be having this at 1pm. No obligation to come, but everyone welcome.
Venue: Riverside Church, Thanet Way, CT5 3JQ
Day/date/time of sessions: Wednesdays 1.30 - 3.30pm
