Yoga
Yoga sessions are held every Tuesday from 3:45 to 5:00pm in the Free Church Hall on Chapel Hill and are suitable for all abilities. The sessions are led by Ulla, a qualified yoga teacher with many years experience.
All sessions start with relaxation and breathing techniques, followed by stretches and exercises for legs, arms, trunk and neck which improve flexibility in joints, muscles and spine to develop and maintain a strong body to counteract the wear and tear of daily life.
The u3a Yoga Group is open to new members.
