Circle Dancing
Circle dancing is a style of dance done in circle or semi circle to variety of musical accompaniment. Possibly the oldest known dance formation.
It is a style of dance where anyone can join in. Participants follow a leader around the dance floor while holding the hand of the person beside them. The dance can be gentle or energetic depending on the choice of the dancers.
An excellent form of exercise both physically and mentally.
Come on you Ebbw Vale U3A Members - give it a try, doesn't matter if you have two left feet the persons either side will guide you.
