The meetings are held on 2nd Monday of the month at 2pm - 4pm in the main lounge at Bernard Baron Cottage Homes off Wannock Road, Polegate BN26 5HB. Refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) are provided by the home at about 3pm.

The Home makes no charge for the use of the room but members of the group at each meeting will be asked to pay a voluntary contribution of £1 and the amount collected is given to the Home as a donation.
