Ukulele
The Ukulele group, known to its members as 'UKE3A', was started in 2015 to teach beginners the basics of this extremely popular instrument. The emphasis is on accompanying songs, which gives the group a considerable sense of achievement.
The group has played several concerts for U3A and other local events, and preparing for these outings keeps us quite busy throughout the year..
The group meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at a member's house. Details available on request. Beginners and more experienced players are welcome. There are 8 members at the moment and we can take a couple more!
