Strolling, just strolling.
Add years to your life, cut the risk of fatal heart attack, reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. Fight heart disease. Walking can help to protect against Type 2 diabetes, arthritis, depression, memory loss and even Alzheimer's. Meet new friends!
The happy band of Strollers meet on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, at 10:45, to order lunch from the pub where we have gathered. We walk for an hour or so, returning to the pub to eat. (the real purpose of the exercise!).
The paths are flat, style free, the pace is your own. We walk for two miles and then dine like lords and ladies at our carefully chosen hostelry. Everybody is most welcome!!
