Tai Chi
This is for those who wish to undertake gentle exercise. Tai Chi can improve flexibility , circulation, breathing and general well being. All this and having FUN what more could you want?
There is the option to sit whilst doing the exercises, for those with balance issues.
Sessions are weekly on a Wednesday, held at The Olton Project Olton
Start: 2.00pm
Cost 1 hour session: £6.50 payable weekly
