Yoga
I'm Sue Grierson and lead the group in a Yoga practice on Friday mornings at Down Hatherley Village Hall, with the exception of the 1st Friday of the month when a community coffee morning is held.

Unfortunately, due to the number of people signed up for the group, I can't offer a place to anyone wishing to join us yet but I will keep a waiting list and contact you when a place becomes available if you are interested in joining.
However, please note that this group is the equivalent of a private yoga class. I run it with the aim to bring the benefits of Yoga to Churchdown u3a members. However, these will only be felt when a regular practice is developed. Once a week is an absolute minimum but I also encourage a home practice. Therefore, in order to keep your place a certain level of attendance and commitment is necessary as it's only fair to make this available to all members.
Lesley, on the right, has been practising Yoga for a long time and is an inspiration to us all!
