Meeting information: Meets on the third Friday of each month at 10:15 to 12pm.
Meeting venue: Ickenham.
Under the expert tutelage of meditation guide Bill Dean we practice breathing, self healing and relaxation techniques, as well as short talks/discussions on related subjects of interest. The session ends with meditation practice.
Different meditation techniques are explored as 'one size does not fit all'
