Have you ever wondered where your family comes from, who are the “sinners” and “saints” in your family’s history, or whatever happened to great uncle Albert ? The Family History group is here to help you find out.
Whether you are an experienced family history researcher with interesting tales to tell, or deep into your research but, facing a “brick wall”, or just starting on your family history journey, and wondering where to begin, we can probably help.
The group meets to share successes (and failures), interesting ancestors and how we found them, how to best use sources of information, to help clear your “blockers” to progress, and generally increase our joint understanding of who we are.
Meetings are in the Brunton Room, Stokesley Town Hall, 1330 on the first Wednesday of each month. Interested to meet the skeletons in your closet ?
