The group was formed in July 2018 for those who are interested in identifying the plants, birds, animals and insects they pass when out walking. The walks are quite leisurely as we frequently stop to share our expertise when making an identification with the help of various wildlife books.
We meet on penultimate Wednesday afternoons from February until November at 1.30 pm/2.00 pm - 4 pm/4.30 pm depending on the light. Where possible, we aim to finish with a refreshment stop for tea and cake!
