Mindfulness and Meditation
The group meets on the second and fourth Friday of the month from 10am-11.30 in either the group leader’s house or another member’s house. The intention of the group is to look at different aspects of well-being. The group will also practise a range of meditation/ relaxation techniques, leaving space in the programme to explore any relevant subject that a member brings to the group. The relaxation session will end with tea and talk.
