Should you be new to our u3a, then it may be helpful for you to know that we are not a walking group – some of us can't walk too far, or too fast, or would prefer not to walk up hills.
Nor are we a camera group – the main intention is not to tell members how to make better use of their cameras, with their many functions, although in the spirit of all our Groups we will pool our shared knowledge. We find that photos taken with a mobile 'phone can compare very favourably with photos taken with more specialised equipment!
If you would like to join us for an enjoyable stroll in pleasant company, camera in hand, invariably also including a “lunch stop”, with our photos shared between members of the Group with the help of Flickr, please contact me.
