SCRABBLERS GROUP
The group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2pm.

In the words of Britney Spears, “Oops!... I did it again”. The Scrabblers trophy is to remain with me for another year. My only defence is that I only missed one meeting due to a funeral and so I had more opportunity to win. There were just 5 of us playing at our last session so we had two games on the one board. Sue M, who was overall runner-up, won one game and I managed to scrape another win securing my lead. Anyway, I graciously accepted my trophy, wonderfully presented to me by Sue M, and I think they are still speaking to me. We enjoyed our session with all the usual banter, of course, and thanks to Valerie for the yummy biscuits to soak up the tea!
