Quilting and Patchwork
Meeting on a Wednesday every 4 weeks from 1 - 4 pm at Cindy's home
I am not an expert but I am prepared to share my knowledge of basic quilting and patchwork. As we would be meeting at my home I have to unfortunately restrict it to 5 people.
We will be looking at :-
• Equipment needed
• Choice of fabrics
• Different types of quilting
• Basic techniques for measuring and cutting(use of templates and rotary cutter)
• Machine construction and different types of blocks
• Quilt assembly and the use of wadding

The 
quilting group have met 3 times already and have started making this lovely pincushion.
Everyone appears to be enjoying themselves. Lots of sewing going on between a lott of chat and laughter. lovely group of ladies
