Sequence Dancing
The Group meets on Mondays at Biddulph Town Hall
From 2.00 to 4.00pm
What is Sequence Dancing?
Modern Sequence Dancing is a very popular form of social dancing in the UK and abroad. It is based on the normal Ballroom and Latin dancing but everyone dances the same standardised 16 bar sequences, at the same time making this an interesting and pleasurable activity, particularly amongst older people.
It is a great way to make friends and to enjoy a healthier life and you do not need a partner to come along.
U3A members who are non dancers are welcome.
