Co-ordinator : Louise Henly
The group meets at 2 pm on the second Wednesday of the month.
We discuss the provision of good home cooked food, sourced from basic ingredients. Also we debate topics such as food additives, food from other countries, seasonal food, and the ethics of food production, occasionally visiting food producers. Twice a year we meet to enjoy our own home produced fare.
Please note that I am retiring from coordinating the Food group after many years and would like someone to volunteer to take over.
Suggestions for future meetings:-
Kitchen swap shop and favourite kitchen utensils.
Your Inspirational cook book.
Revisiting some previous topics.
I will hand over my folder with all details.
